Josh Ozersky is the founder of Meatopia, the so-called “Woodstock of Edible Animals,” now in its tenth official year. He is the restaurant editor of Esquire Magazine, and a frequent contributor to the Wall Street Journal, Food & Wine, and many other publications, including The Hamburger: A History (2008) and Meat Me In Manhattan: A Carnivore’s Guide to New York City (2003). He was the founding editor of New York Magazine‘s food blog, Grub Street, and a winner of the James Beard Award. He lives in New York City.
